Our automatic hot stamper is designed to hot stamp warning labels, etc., onto 11" and 12" pails, as well as square or rectangular pails. The pail is oriented by means of a servo motor and offset in the stamping area. Two different labels can be placed at any offset, and a flame treating station is included. An option for tracing the shape of a square pail for flame treating is available. The machine can be switched between different modes via an easy-to-use touch screen.
FlamerFlame duration and rotation speed are adjustable via the HMI touch panel. Flame detection is standard - if the burner fails to ignite, the pail is held back and a warning screen appears.
HotstampingThe pail is lifted to the stamping head, then oriented (and offset if necessary), then stamped. Temperature and hot stamp parameters are controlled via the HMI touch panel.
Pail CatcherThe Catcher catches the pail as it drops into it and rolls it along a powered roller towards the Hotstamper.
Pail LifterThe Pail Lifter takes the buckets from the catcher and lifts them to the Hotstamping machine.
Pail StackerThe Stacker takes the finished product and stacks it to a maximum height of 48".
