The Martin Automated Systems Automatic Gasket Installer with Lid Stacker is designed to fully insert a rubber gasket into the gasket groove of a five-gallon lid. Proper gasket installation is monitored with a sensing system. Parameters on this machine can be selected on a small operator interface. (HMI) If the gasket is not properly installed, a warning light will turn on, or if the stop mode is selected from the control panel, the machine will stop until the operator removes the faulty lid and presses the reset button. Lids with properly installed gaskets are conveyed onto the stacker. Stack height is adjustable and completed stack will be accumulated on a conveyor.
The production rate of this unit is 12 lids per minute.
