The Martin Automated gasket installer installs O-ring style gaskets with the assistance of an operator.
The operator places the gasket into the groove of the lid and then places the lid onto the gasket installer's drive plate. The cycle is then initiated by means of two push buttons. A guard slides down to prevent the operator or other bystanders from reaching into the press area. After the guard is closed, the gasket is pressed into the groove by a rotating insertion wheel.
