The Martin Automated Systems Semi-Automatic Gasket and Spout installer performs the following functions:
- Installing Crimp style spouts.
- Installing Press-on type spouts
- Installing lid O-rings
Our automatic gasket and spout-installing machine is outfitted with a TD 200 operator interface. This allows the operator to set the machine to run in a variety of modes. It is able to display or change the following:
- Spout Mode
- O-Ring Selector
- O-ring insert revolutions
- Crimping time
- Spout Press time
- O-Ring spin delay time
- Machine Faults
- Fault Reset/Machine Restart
